Wasn't much better...I guess I am not Zumba material.

I have had the water aerobics class that is designed for mobility issues before and that one works well...so I will stick with that one while I look at all the other classes offered.

I love water aerobics! I go Monday thru Thursday! I hope it helps me get the weight off?? IF not I guess I do feel better after the class, so that's a bonus. My class is only for 45 minutes , but I jog the lazy river for 15 before class. I'm breathing hard and my muscles are burning so it's gotta be doing something.

Even if it doesn't help get weight off, it is helping you get toned up and mobile...so keep at it.

I could go 4 times a week but two of the classes are in the evening and I do better with morning classes. So two days in the water is all I will manage.

The reason they have all those different classes is that no one is perfect for everyone.  The goal is go move and whatever make it easier for you to do that, go with it.  Have fun.  That will keep you going.

That's true...but I also have to find one that doesn't hurt the back in the process. Muscle ache is one thing...this is actually twinges in the spine, not good.

Hi my S.S.

Good luck at finding the right one...just make sure your instructor knows of any limitations you have.
