I think I am over extended....
Hey Roz....I actually felt better after typing all that out...I think I am more mentally exhausted trying to keep everything straight...but I am absolutely going to take the evening and tomorrow off and take care of myself...(my nails need new polish ).
According to my entries on myfitnesspal.com I regularly get in over 100 g's of protein in through both foods and shakes....and my calorie intake is in the range of 600-800 per day. I get my two multi's (CVS version of Centrum) in each day and through out the day I take in 1800 Calcium Citrate + D. My Multi has Iron so I space my calcium out at least two hours from my multi in hopes that I am getting the most of that Iron.
Vit D was my concern because I was taking the additional 50000 IU a week prior to surgery and I am not taking any additional except what is included in my calcium...which I can't, off the top of my head, remember the units...but I feel like it isn't the same as the intake I had before surgery (I could be wrong tho...I will double check that as well when I get home).

I haven't posted on here for awhile, but wanted to chime in on Vit. D.
Before my sleeve, I was on Vit D as well, always low (don't have levels with me now), but after surgery, my levels have been high. Even critically high at one time. So, be careful and make sure they keep checking them. I only get Vit D from my calcium now, and my labs last week finally showed my D level at high end of normal.
Sounds like you are doing great! I remember being so excited for every advance on my diet.
Good job!
Lynn
Thanks Lynn...Vit D will be just one of the items on my list to track carefully...
