This week 151.8

-.8 lb.

I'm just over a year out and haven't been eating enough protein and carbs have replaced some of that protein.  I tried this week to replace carb snacks with protein snacks and to do without tea with milk and sugar at coffee time and had water instead.  I didn't exercise the 4 times a week I usually do (at Curves) so think it must have been the food that did it.

I'm wondering if I'll reach my 140 goal.  The lowest I managed was 149 something and then was 150.6 for a few weeks in a row.  Am I fooling myself thinking I'm replacing fat with muscle?  I definitely feel stronger and it's a wonderful feeling.

You still have about 6 months of "honeymoon".  good for you replacing the carbs with protein. That will help.  then you just keep on keeping on.  I think you can do it but your body will decide.

You did lose and I found that I was in the middle of my longest stall at one year out. I did move down again but it took awhile to get it going again.

I didn't get to weigh yesterday b/c I am away from my scale. Will post tomorrow instead hoping I have not done too much damage over the weekend. Glad everyone is doing so well.
