have you thought about the 5 day pouch test? that seems to bring the restriction for some folks. You can google it. Other than low carb, high protein, I don't know.

when the Dr did my body scan to get my % of body fat, they said my basic intake, with no exercise, would be 1100 calories. So maybe you need to go to 1200 instead of 1500 to lose. 1500 may be keeping you basically at maintainance. Isn't that awful, 1100 calories. It means I HAVE to exercise or I am going to gain. 1100 is nothing.
