Stall?!

For the last couple of months I have gained and lost the same few pounds over and over again, I guess this is my first stall.  I am 14 months post op. I am not having much restriction either...ughhh Suggestions?

have you thought about the 5 day pouch test?  that seems to bring the restriction for some folks.  You can google it.  Other than low carb, high protein, I don't know.

How much protein and fluids?  How about carbs?  Exercise?

Current BMI 20.4 as of 2/13/2013 (normal for the first time in my life).
Goal weight reached on 8/12/2010; As of 1/13/2013, 21 pounds below goal

I eat about 1500 calories....35% protein, 35% fat, 30% carbs, at least 6 glasses of water daily, either elliptical or walking 3to 4 times per week....I haven't changed anything. I thought about the 5 DPT, maybe I will try it

when the Dr did my body scan to get my % of body fat, they said my basic intake, with no exercise, would be 1100 calories.  So maybe you need to go to 1200 instead of 1500 to lose.  1500 may be keeping you basically at maintainance.  Isn't that awful, 1100 calories.  It means I HAVE to exercise or I am going to gain.  1100 is nothing.

How much have you lost?? How much more to lose?

I would increase the water and try dropping the calories some. How many grams of protein are you getting?

I have lost 162 lbs and would like to lose 6 more.....getting at least 80 gm of protein, most days >100, I try to do 1500 calories with 35 % protein, 35 % fat, and 30% carbs. I know I need to increase my water.
