Protein: Atkins bar

Snack: Red grapes

Dinner: Chili with cheese and oyster crackers

Snack: Greek yogurt

Protein: Unjury chocolate protein shake

Snack: Cheese stick

I am exhausted I've already worked 48 hrs this week and am on call for 12 hrs tomorrow
