Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Weight Loss phase I hope! Still stalled going on week 9!!!! IS this too many calories?
protien coffee 140 cals
Dannon light and fit greek yogurt 80 cals
1/2 egg, ham and cheese sandwich on light whole wheat bread 180 cals
protien coffee 140 cals
chicken breast, brocoli 195 cals
salad w/balsamic vinergrette, 1/4 rib eye steak not sure (prob too many)
I never counted calories but kept my carbs around 50 or less. I don't think I touched bread until after I hit goal.
