Okay, it's possible that you've hit a stall...I had one that lasted 5 months.

Just keep doing what you are doing and measure yourself. Even if not losing weight, doing all that exercise will whittle down the body fat.

Oh yes I forgot you said you had a 5 month stall. I've been floating between 140-145 since Dec. I did see 139.5 one day. I will keep telling myself about your stall and keep looking at your current weight.  I would like 135 .

Holding steady.  I still can't believe that I am wearing jeans I bought over a year ago.  That is definitely a first for me, although there were rare times that I kept some things for a long time and was able to fit into them again after another weight loss attempt but it never lasted long.

I'm still not able to eat real solid food.  Too much pain when I chew.  So my teeth look nice but they still aren't that functional.  I hope my gums heal soon.  They are still real sore after nearly 2 months.  I can't wait to get this part of my life over with.  I'm running out of things to eat.  I am officially sick of chili and that has been my go to dinner.  I'm going to make meat loaf tonight so I can have some kind of meat meal.

Glad you are holding steady.

As to your teeth...while your gums do need to heal, it's also possible to get a bad fit. I know my Mother did the first time she got hers.

159 AGAIN....for the 9th week.....down 1 lb up 1 lb.....This is so frustrating.......I so want the scale to start moving again......

Okay, you are probably in a stall. I know it's frustrating. I was in a 5 MONTH stall at about that same point. Then I lost again.

A couple of things to do...up your protein and fluids and rein in carbs.

You'll get there.
