Last week coming home from vacation 128
this week after being back on routine 125
I've been at my usual 124 most of the week but hotdogs and ham last night did me in. That's ok. I feel I am back to before vacation. Now I just need to get back under 120 and I will be a happy camper.

i haven't posted in awhile and had been maintaining until the last couple of months. Life happens and I am back on track with daily weighing, food tracking, and exercise. It is so easy to get off track, but getting back on track can be challenging. I feel like I am getting back in the zone.
