Menus and Miles Wed. Feb. 20th
I haven't felt good since last Friday and I've been having some sleepless nights. I debated coming in to work today and I might still go home at noon.
I hope it all works out for you! I can't imagine slowing down enough to get my foot taken care of.
I wear my tennis shoes and then change into dress shoes when we arrive anywhere that I need to wear them. Sometimes I can't even wear them to church if I had to wear them the night before. On a normal day of wearing just my tennys I don't have much pain. I get a lot of muscle cramps in my toes when I'm relaxing or in bed if I walk much during the day.
Cortisone shots are amazing! I get them in my shoulders. These last ones have lasted about a year but I am sensing the pain working it's way back. I've been really babying them.

I use 1/2 & 1/2 in my protein shakes and coffee. I guess there most of it comes from.

I had a meeting tonight so no muscle pump. I did drive Halley but it was really cold, well, cold and the wind was bad which made it feel really cold so I wasn't out much.
