Yea - surgery was at 7:30, home by 11. 2 hour surgery. Now time to heal!
But - it's hard to get up and walk to the kitchen... so there won't be many "just see what's here" trips!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

No, I haven't tried the protein she found. She did do the No-No as she mixed it with HOT coffee and it curdled. For as much as I've talked about mixing protein with hot liquids, i thought she'd have remembered or asked me ahead of time. She asked me after... so I gave her the secret and I'm sure she won't do it again.
I made a garlic parmesan encrusted coating - it was awesome! It would be good on chicken too. My DD made some zucchini and we sprinkled some of it on that too - was very good.
