Ughh...carbs
I have had a carb filled week ! Back on track starting in the AM.....my goal is to drink more water, eat more veggies, and drink a heartier protein shake for breakfast. I have been using the EAS carb control shakes but they on have 17 gm of protein, my plan is to go back to unjury and do 1.5 scoops for 30 gm of protein. I am aiming for 1500 calories and at least 80 gm of protein and below 100gm net carbs. Any other suggestions?

At my 2 yr appt, they did a fat analysis and basal metabolism rating and my basic was 1100 with no added exercise. I am 4'11" so I try to stay more in the 1300 range. I do muscle pump 2x a week and zumba 1-2x a week plus all the farm stuff. I keep my protein well over 100, more like 140 and need that to keep my levels up, carbs more like net 50 most of the time. Occasionally I will eat an orange or pear and that throws it over. I have gained but have been where I am for about 2 months, 124 range, so I guess it is working.
