I had a great clinic with beautiful weather but it is good to have a day at home before work tomorrow. The weekend was very high carb because I was at someone's house who just doesn't get it and eats very healthy, just carbs. So back on track today and all week. Next weekend will be my first one home for 4 weeks. Went to Zumba this afternoon.

Hi everyone! Very busy weekend - got the last of my updating on my laundry and half bath done today - LOVE IT! Unfortunately, I didn't take before pics of the bath (it's just too small). I wonder how people do that.
Last few days I've just worn myself to bits. Need to relax and give my legs a break! (oh, and feet)
When I'm this busy I just forget to eat - which for me, is a very good thing.
