I had a great clinic with beautiful weather but it is good to have a day at home before work tomorrow.  The weekend was very high carb because I was at someone's house who just doesn't get it and eats very healthy, just carbs.  So back on track today and all week.  Next weekend will be my first one home for 4 weeks.  Went to Zumba this afternoon.

decaf protein coffee  33g
2 eggs, turkey sausage
hot chocolate protein  30g
fried fish (leftover from last night)
caribean cooler protein  13g
Popcorn shrimp (another leftover)
pork steak, collards
protein shake  33g

I'm sure you made the best choices you could.  It is so much easier now to get back on routine when I get home.  I bet you are looking forward to being home a weekend.

Hi everyone!  Very busy weekend - got the last of my updating on my laundry and half bath done today - LOVE IT!  Unfortunately, I didn't take before pics of the bath (it's just too small).  I wonder how people do that. 

Last few days I've just worn myself to bits.  Need to relax and give my legs a break! (oh, and feet)

When I'm this busy I just forget to eat - which for me, is a very good thing.

D - rest of edamame and some lasagna sad.  DD brought it back from her inlaws for me... ok - its gone.

It's nice you have this time off to finish up your house but you really need to rest too!

So nice of DD to bring you lasagna.  I'd probably ask where the dessert was!
