Can't stop eating today

Just can't seem to shut my trap. Fortunately, I've stuck to my menu. Problem is, I've eaten all of it and it's only 5pm in Denver.

Hmmm....what can I eat that won't get me in trouble? Extra cheese? Pistachios? An extra protein shake? Usually, I'd just eat a pint of my low carb, low calorie ice cream. The supermarket didn't have it though. blush

Alright, I'll figure this out. Thanks for listening.

for me, I would look at what I had eaten for the day already.  If you have had over 130g of protein, then maybe some celery, cucumbers or a dill pickle.  If your protein is low, maybe another shake.  I will say I don't think most protein drinks fill me up but they do help me delay when I eat again because I still don't eat and drink together.  I love cheese and a dill pickle and it seems to give me the flavor I am sometimes looking for.  Sometimes a cup of decaf or hot tea will help me stay away from food. If you don't mind adding some carbs, 3c of air popped popcorn is the same carbs as a piece of bread, a small apple or pear and feels like a whole lot more food.   good luck.  You can do this.  We are in it together.

I never would've thought of cheese and a pickle. Reminds me though that I love pickles and I don't have any in the house. My urges finally settled down, enjoying a hot tea now. Planning two more chocolate protein shakes tonight for dessert. I'm realizing though that my plan of not having anything in the house to snack on, is backfiring. Just makes me move up the clock on my eating schedule for the day. Something to think about.
