All I ever did was try to keep my protein over 120 grams and my carbs below 50. I've been posting my calories lately only because it's there on MyFitnessPal. I had to set it up and say I was jogging 90 minutes every day at 8 mph so it would stop harassing me so much about my intake. lol I wish they had a low carb tracking option that ignored the fat and calories.
