Normal up and down, nothing different.

I found out some dick stole my bike.  I am so upset.  I really loved that thing and I put a lot of money into making it just right for me.  The stupid thing is I bought a lock for my fence but I kept putting off using it.

The good news is I went on Craigslist last night to see if someone was trying to sell it and I saw the cutest pick bike for only $50.

It looks new so I went and bought it so at least I won't be bike less when (or if) the weather gets warm.  I'll post a picture later.

Last week: 107.4 lbs.

this week : 107.8 lbs.

about the same as last week. 3 rd day in a row at this weight.

I am down about 5 lbs since January. Slow and steady, clean eating, exercise, and food tracking work for me.

117 again this week. I'm convinced I am the proof calories in calories out is a myth. With the pain from my gallbladder and cyst on my kidney I've been living on 3 protein shakes and lots of water a day most days in the last week calories range 500-900 a day most days closer to 500 and didn't drop an ounce. I'm sure my body thinks I'm starving it. Surgery soon and back to normal then maybe I'll drop.

I think the calories are too low and your metabolism is slowing down 500 cal/ day is too low at this point in time. Your body is using your muscle mass for energy. Not a good thing.

Oh I know they are too low but most solid foods are causing pain just wish I didn't have to wait so long between tests and results and appts with the different doctors it has been a month sine first doctor appt and still not much closer. The gi doc on friday said if surgeon doesn't get the gall bladder surgery scheduleds this week he'll call him personally. So hopefully soon. I was able to eat more yesterday so maybe resting it with the shakes helped. Last weekend I couldn't eat more than 2 bites of chicken. Last night I got in 4 oz of steak, so it's looking better.
