How I lost 2lbs this week...How did you lose a pound or two?
Food tracking and exercise, including weight training work for me. Also, I have learned since I have been on maintenance , clean eating is a MUST. I am not a carb nazi. During the weight loss phase, I did keep them around 40 carbs/day. During maintenance , they are about 80-100, sometimes a bit more, and come from dairy, berries, small amount of oatmeal, sweet potato, and veggies. I had to stop eating the NSA fudgesicles , because they were a trigger for me.
