anyone try Trophix by Syntrax

When I ordered protein last time I screwed up and ordered 2 things of Mint Cookie and O vanilla.  So when I was ordering Carbquick so I could try some of Linda's yummy sounding things, I went on and ordered vanilla too.  I don't remember seeing Trophix by Syntrax before.  It is a blend but the stats looked good and the 5lb was about $10 less that the Matrix.  I figured I was far enough out to not have to have 100% whey isolate so I ordered it but was wondering, guess it is too late now, if anyone else had tried it.

I tried a sample once and liked it but don't recall the stats.  If the stats look decent i wouldnt worry about it.  I buy different places...got my chocolate Thursday from Vitamin Shoppe as they had buy one get one 50% off...I use chocolate in my coffee.  So many arent getting the protein in so we are doing good!!

I didn't know they had another brand.  I'll have to check out the stats. 

I think the stats are good. I like that it contains slow acting casein protein, which is especially good to use at night for maintenance of muscle. Body builders use casein powder at night, because it is long acting and the body will use the casein, instead of the muscles. I have been thinking about incorporating casein powder. Haven't done it yet, but I have been looking. Trying to find something without a lot of artificial sweeteners.

They opened last year on Tunnel Road....near Olive Garden across the street.  The prices are kinda high but it is nice to see the selection and have another option.....I hate paying high shipping costs and do order online some (mostly through netrition)....I am not picky about the chocolate I put in my protein coffee so get it wherever cheapest...have bought at Vitamin World outlet occasionally too.   I love my syntrax mint cookie though in ice cream and buy that a lot.....HATE running out of protein!  I look forward to when Trader Joes opens as I am ready for good buys there too.  Yes...I enjoy shopping...lol.

there is nothing but GNC in the Hendersonville area.  The health food stores really don't have any brands I have even heard of and usually they aren't whey.  Glad to know there are some Asheville options cause I do have to go for business stuff every so often.

Hijack - Price - I will be in Maggie Valley for a week in June - I'd LOVE to ride over and see you and your ponies!
