Congrats on doing a half marathon, that is awesome!!!! I am hoping the running helps with the stress. I am thinking it will be good "me" time

WOW - it sounds like your plate is REAL full and you've definitely got your share of challenges (girly issues, kids, etc).
Just reading your post about the bloating, water weight and 2 month period made me cringe.. I hate it when I get it for a week..

I was soooooooooooooooooo happy when I went 8 months without it lol, I thought I was on easy street. . .heh, not so much lol
I started the patch today so I am praying that will "fix" my girly issues, yeah, I've pretty much been like a grizzyly with its paw stuck in a trap for the last few weeks especially. Definitely haven't been the most pleasant of people to be around but I figure at this point it can only get better!
I missed you guys!!!! Now I have to go back through posts and catch up on how everyone else has been doing!!!!
I am frustrated, but at least my issues are temporary and fixable; I'm still within 30-40 lbs from goal and t least 14lbs of that is water weight so that really isn't too bad.
I completed my strength training circuit of 3 sets of 12 reps in 30 minutes last night so my trainer is adding new machines and ab exercises on Tuesday and probably upping my reps to 15 per set on Tuesday. He was pretty happy with my progress. He told me not to worry about the water weight and to stay off the damn scale for right now lol.
I have a bunch of appointments coming up so I will be back on it soon enough but hopefully now that I started the patch today I will start to see some changes in my clothes and some of this fluid will start to go away, and then i will be happy
