This week: 107.1 lbs.

last week: 107.1 lbs.

this seems to be a good number for me. I have been eating clean and exercising. Seems to be working for me. My carbs are generally between 80-105 or so. Luckily, I have never had to go super low.

I remember when 4 lbs just dropped off (right after surgery) but it doesn't seem to happen like that anymore. I want to get from 124 to 120 and it is taking a while.

It does take longer. It has taken me since the end of January to lose about 5 lbs.

lost it and one more, so this week 152 :)
