I love Crystal Light too. I alternate between lemon tea and raspberry lemonade.

Today I made a trip to DMV, and survived. Hoping to see my guy tonight. His daughter is staying at her cousins house tonight so I'm hopeful. Also looking forward to the start of the NBA finals tonight. Since my Denver Nuggets aren't in it, I'm not hoping for either team to win, just good basketball.

L: Turkey and cheese

D: Egg, cheese, and sausage

S: Dannon light and fit (strawberry - I like the peach too)

I'm not crazy about the strawberry and the blueberry can be a yes/no.  I really like the peach, pineapple, and cherry.

Hi all,

Just starting to post on this site.  I haven't had dinner yet so up until now I am on track.

B:  2 slices of thick bacon, Protein shake, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

 ( 28 grams protein and 330 cal)

L: 1/2 cup of chili, cup of coffee w cream 

D:  Plan on having steamed salmon and a salad

S:  navel oranges x 2 if needed

On track for water and vits.

(NO Other Snacks planned, especially no to cashews)  haha

It would be really helpful to the rest of us if you would put your surgery type and date on your signature if you can figure out how to get it posted at the top (on think it's on your weight loss page of your profile)

This will work!   Mines on top but I don't know how it got there.  It must have been something that I had posted on when I originally signed up because when they changed the format it was there.  I'm thinking it must be on the sites sign up page.

Diet cranberry juice. I graduated to full strength at about 1 year post-op. Before that I had to dilute it 1/2 way with ice water.
