I love Crystal Light too. I alternate between lemon tea and raspberry lemonade.
Today I made a trip to DMV, and survived. Hoping to see my guy tonight. His daughter is staying at her cousins house tonight so I'm hopeful. Also looking forward to the start of the NBA finals tonight. Since my Denver Nuggets aren't in it, I'm not hoping for either team to win, just good basketball.

I'm not crazy about the strawberry and the blueberry can be a yes/no. I really like the peach, pineapple, and cherry.

Just starting to post on this site. I haven't had dinner yet so up until now I am on track.
B: 2 slices of thick bacon, Protein shake, coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
( 28 grams protein and 330 cal)
L: 1/2 cup of chili, cup of coffee w cream
D: Plan on having steamed salmon and a salad
S: navel oranges x 2 if needed
On track for water and vits.
(NO Other Snacks planned, especially no to cashews) haha
