Good morning. Poll--how many carb, protein and fat grams, and how many calories?
My goal is to eat at least 100 g of protein a day, more if I can. (My logs say I hit 122 g over the past 4 weeks)
I have no carb or fat goals.
Calories I just try to keep to around what I burned each day. My average over these past 4 weeks has been 1530 but that's on the low side. When I'm trying to lose, I I try to eat at least 250 calories a day less than I burned.
