vitamin question

My zinc and copper are dropping according to my labs.  Where do you get these vitamins from?  Vitalady? 

Any words of education to pass on for these minerals?

You can get zinc most places like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc. And, yes, VitaLady. I think you can get it other places too but those for sure. I've never looked for copper but a quick search shows both VitaLady and GNC have it so I bet Vitamin Shoppe and other places like that have it too.

Separate your zinc and copper when you take them. Even better if you can take them separate from all other vitamins for a few months.

Should I be taking calcium separate from all other vitamins?  Does calcium bind to other vitamins?

I just lump swallow calcium, multi-vits, biotin, all B's - everything but iron, twice a day.  Then take iron separately.  Am I doing this wrong?

It would be better if you took calcium separate but not mandatory.

I like the Vitamin Shoppe Zinc....they are the same dosage as Vitalady (50mg), but they come in capsules...which I much prefer over tablets...easier to swallow.

As for copper, I use the 5mg from Vitalady.  I have not shopped at GNC, but I know Vitamin Shoppe sells them but in 2mg...not 5mg & I don't want to take 2 pills....just the one.
