Crazy stormy weather and a long day between work and home. Newton, even wearing his Thunder Shirt, lost it on my basement carpet. {sigh} 

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - JayRobb protein bar
S - free chicken nuggets in the breakroom...left the free biscuits  kiss
L - leftover brown rice with BBQ sauce {not a good choice}
S - JayRobb bar
D - beef hotdogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Newton probably doesn't do that often.  My DD started wearing a doggy diaper on hers because he kept going on their new carpet....what the crap....when they lived with me they just followed him around and cleaned the spot.  They did get my carpets cleaned when they moved out but the diaper would have been nice.

I would have trouble passing up the biscuits.

Hi everyone, I know I haven't been posting much but I wanted to tell you I lost 4 lbs doing low carb! Holy crap!

I am a believer now lol
