Good morning. Vitamin role call
You could try that and see what the labs say in 3 to 6 months.

Got my first and my second morning batches down...
6 mos out... got some labs coming up...
I too do well on a schedule... the weekends I get a bit lost on the timing and end up getting up in the night to play catch up... or I just drop off the occasional last dose of calcium. My done density test was great...so.. I figure if I have to miss a dose of something it could be calcium... altho I try really hard not to miss anything.

Morning batch, done, noon, done, evening still to go, midnight, not done yet.

Hi all,
I have been forgetting to take the new meds my dr. gave me, I can't fit them in my pill case so I have to take them separately and I have been forgetting, though today was a good day, So I may be back on track.
I am trying to remember my lunch pill with working this week, I usually remember around 3pm, but it is getting better

Yesterday I got my new vit D level back....been working on that one for six monrths.
Vitamin D...well, back in Jan it was in the toilet. To be honest, we were so broke at that point, even paying attention was impossible. But a vitamin fairy (she knows who she is) helped us out and we were able to get back on track after that.
Anyway, it was 18 in Jan, in April, I had it retested. By then I had gone from taking none to a double dose equaling 100,000 units daily. It went from 18 to 140+. My surgeon freaked out and told me to stop. What *I* did was go to 50,000 M-F and 100,000 on S & S. It was just retested and now sits at 122. My surgeon was funny...said to stay off it for now (never stopped). But it does look like I can drop to just 100,000 one day a week instead of two. They don't want to retest until I come up for my yearly now in Jan.

I don't take most vitamins . It's not that I don't care ... its that it would be overdosing myself frankly . Over the winter doldrums I did take childrens chewable ( Flintstones sour gummy bears ) four at a time .
But now the homegrown kale , the peaches , the cherries strawberries , tomatoes n herbs and whole grain rice beans n quinoa seem MORE than nutritious enough if that makes any sense ...
its funny how the body knows .. because i SKEEVE the vitamin pills when I don't need them . Hope I don't pay a price for this later ... I DO drink huge amounts of milk and fresh OJ with calcium ..and raid the garden like locust daily
. The giant opossum has NOTHING to eat THIS year lol .... Momma got it all
.
I hope you're getting labs and a dexa scan done every year just to be on the safe side. B12 sublinguals or shots to go with those multis might not be a bad idea.
