Hi all,
I had RNY on June 19,2017. I'm 5'5" hw 228 SW 206 cw 200. I'm a bit frustrated I thought my weight would drop off faster. I'm doing everything dr says but 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Ugh I look at others and they lose much more. I know that the less heavy you are harder to lose I think. Anyone struggle with this

Hi! I just want to know everyone's experience on loose skin and I'm concerned of having loose skin. I'm 22 years old and my weight is distributed pretty evenly . I mean, I carry it mostly in my butt and thighs but , my body looks proportioned . I'm 225 pounds and I've been overweight since I was a child and old have stretch marks on my lower back and arms . Any opinions ? Experiences ? Thank you (:

I think I'm ok on volume. I just need a lift. I've already had a breast reduction (when I was 16) and I'm a 32 ddd or e cup now. So I figure if I lose a cup size of skin I can afford to .

After I reach my goal weight I'm going to consult with a PS about it. Wouldn't it be nice if they could stuff them with some of this excess skin? HA!

This morning I took measurements (month end) and my bust measurement has dropped to 32". That's less than my below bust measurement when I was in my twenties and skinny! My chest is now 30", possibly due to the displaced muscle but OMG I can't believe my BUST is only 32"!!!!

I'm buying 2 lb bags of cooked shrimp and I'm thawing 4 oz at a time for morning and evening (post work out) protein in an effort to rely less on protein drinks and powders. I'm starting to drink a decaf coffee blend since that seems easier to get down in the morning, and I'm using those MiO flavor drops to make it easier to drink water. I find the flavored water WAY too sweet, and plain water just doesn't get consumed.
