WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I love seeing the changes as they come!! 177 is awesome. I hit a 3 day stall but I'm not worried I have been on real food for a week so I know my body needs to adjust again. I did have a NSV of fitting in my 14s yesterday 3 mos ago I was a 16/18. My 14s were non lastic and comfortable I had to do a happy dance.

Thanks for the compliment but you have your youth so you are going to look soooo much better than me!!!!!

It might be hard to keep it from your teenagers. It's a lifetime commitment and can be hard at the beginning.
