hahaha...you are probably right!  BUT....I think I use that excuse to many times....LOL.  They were pretty good last night.  Some nights are pretty crazy and DH can't handle it. I talked to our DD's before they came and asked them to talk to the oldest ones.  They seem to be the two that rile everyone up.

Sounds good!  Especially the bagel and cream cheese.....  I haven't had one for soooooo long!

Good evening,

Its a crazy cold day! I would be drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows right now in the past. I would be cooking unhealthy comfort food for dinner. I'm drinking water and planning on eating a healthy dinner instead.

I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!

I LOVE Popcorn!!!   I had the RNY but I didn't even consider eating it until I hit goal but then I feared it would hurt going down so I waited another 6 months or so.  Now I enjoy it every day but I use a Microwave Popper and a TB of oil with plain loose popcorn with no butter or flavorings to add calories.

I love buttered popcorn too but was able to stay away from it for a year post-op. I promised myself I could have it again once I reached goal. That's the only way I could motivate myself to stay clear. Good luck!
