I am in the same boat. I lost 10 lbs in 3 days before surgery on the liver reduction diet. I am 6 days post op and I've gone from 16 lb loss (2 days post op) back to 10 lb loss. I think I will just quit weighing for now. I am certainly still bloated, but not consuming enough to gain weight so there must be an explanation. I will just wait for the big one!!!
Good luck.
Thanks for you feedback Jmuldune. Yes, I have found that the break is very necessary. I came in this morning while the office was closed to see how long I could last. At about 3 hours, I am needing a rest. I hope that passes soon as I normally work 10 hour days.

Thanks, it really is awesome isn't it? I can't believe I've lost 16 lbs in such a short amount of time and that I'm still losing. I wish I had the mindset to do it right the first time around. I'm glad it's happening now though. I can't wait to see what my weight is on my surgiversary. May 13 and we will see. That's pretty far away so I'm hoping for the best.

Fantasti****ep on with following your plan - it's working for you!

I've lost another .6 lbs and I've only got 67 pounds to lose. I can't even wait. I'm creating awesome meals and munching hearty. I made unstuffed cabbage soup yesterday and it was so yummy. So good for this kind of weather. I'm going to eat it again for lunch and dinner today. I have found pinterest has some good recipes too. I was checking it out yesterday and I made pancakes with coconut flour yesterday as well. VERY good. I'm always making new stuff and it's not a pain like I expected it to be. It's no fun cooking when you are eating boring gross food but when it's stuff that smells this good you can't help but want to cook the next great thing. I'm so impressed with my loss this far out. Four years and I'm really doing it. I've lost 15.6 lbs just since the week before Thanksgiving. I'm so excited about my journey. I just hope I keep losing.
