I'm soooo excited you checked in!!!!  I think about you every so often and wonder how you are doing with your weight and how your wife is doing with her MS.  It sounds like things are going well for you both.

Are you going to be a Pastor?  What denomination?

Not to long ago I was trying to remember what the STL stood for.

Post every once in awhile and keep us updated how you are doing......

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them! LW's!!!

Morning LW's!!   I didn't get much sleep last night.  So excited about Thanksgiving tomorrow.  I've got the turkey thawed and ready to stuff in the morning.  I ordered pies, pumpkin roll, and banana nut rolls this year instead of making them.  I'm only baking a couple of pumpkin pies because DH won't eat any one elses.  He hates spicey pie.  I'm sure it will be minus a piece or two before dinner's ready tomorrow.    I've decided to do most of my Christmas shopping on line this year.  I checked store prices and they are the same so with free shipping I can compare stores and get the best prices without all of the stress.  I'm going to finish up the lists DD#3 gave me but I'll be begging the other two for lists.

Well it's later in the day so I thought I'd start this up again!  I hope all is well with Roz, maybe she's busy cooking!! She's going to have a house full.

Weighed in at 191.8 this  morning....the OH Planner thing said I should be 191 by 7 mos.  I'm 7-1/2 mos so I'm not going to beat myself up over .8lbs!

We decided we would go out for dinner tonight....I'm thinking I'll have either steak or chicken fajitas....we'll see what the menu looks like.

In to work early as I had to take my truck in for service - all warranty work so that's good!

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese slice

S - Lite and Fit Greek yogurt

L - small taco salad, with sour cream, salsa and shredded cheddar

S - deli turkey and 30 grams old cheddar

D - tbd

Totals for the above Cal 690, Protein 78, carbs 23.....looks pretty good to add a meaty dinner to it!

Have a great day all!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Hi! and thanks!

That is not the pup we had to take to the vet.  She has a "sister".  Was going for her annual shots, but she's been limping quite a bit lately.  Vet thinks maybe she has a torn ligament in here knee!  Hoping that's not the case.  You wouldn't know anything was wrong with it when she's out romping through the yard!
