So good to see you again. 3 lbs in a week is great at our stage of the game. I made a pot of soup and think maybe I can use that to help get back on track. REGAIN sucks

My husband has another bile blockage. I leave for the hospital early in the morning and I don't get home until around 10:30pm. We are hoping he gets out tomorrow.
