WOW!!! I'm so sorry you are going through this!!!! Have you gone to a Dr. and got checked out? That is definitely not enough calories to be healthy on. Do you get sicker with certain kinds of foods?

I've only had eating problems twice since my surgery. Once I had a blocked bowel which was a shock because I was still going to the bathroom and the other time was my gall bladder. I got nauseated every time I ate the pain was like back indigestion.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Morning LW's! I can't believe this but after today I am out of Mint Cookie Protein Powder!! I'm going to have to skip a couple of days until my order comes in. It used to cost $37.00 and now it's up to $54.00 so I only ordered 1 bag instead of 2. I'm going to have to make a point of paying attention when I get low next time.

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Taco with extra meat and cheese

Snack: Coconut and Seed snack

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack: Nuts and Cheese

Dinner: Something with hamburger

My boss loves cake and such. She brings bad things in and corrupts us all.

Porter is my sister's dog, but he really loves me as I'm not so attentive to the human puppies in the house! Here is a picture of my own (future) puppy- he's still with his mom and litter mates but I'll be picking him up at the end of this month! I'm staying with my sister and her family for a few months so I'll be continuing to share my bed with Porter while the puppy is crate trained. Hopefully having this privilege will help Porter hate the new puppy a little less!

I've started swimming laps twice a week :) I'm having trouble getting going in the morning but I've put morning swims on my calendar for Tues/Wed mornings each next week.

Actually, last minute I decided to use romaine leaves as my 'taco shell' and instead added chopped tomato.

They were REALLY good
