I can't handle the fruit flavors. I did drink some of them earlier out but now they kindof nauseate my stomach. I did buy the Premiere Strawberry but I haven't tried it yet. I'm going to put it my Yetti cup with lots of ice. I needed a change.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Sunday!!! I really miss Price starting the weekly weigh in post on Sundays would any one want to take that over? To be honest I really miss Price posting...... We went to church and now DH is mowing the grass. I think I'm going to the nursing home to visit my Mom for awhile. No Eats Planned for today.

No, but hopefully your surgeons office has worked with them before and know what is needed.

I use vanilla in my coffee and chocolate for the lunchtime shake. I buy the vanilla from TrueNutrition website and the chocolate is Syntrax Nectar. Not fruity protein shake person, just the creamy.

Hi Liz,

Yes that's what I was told by my surgeon, they use the first weigh-in. I guess I am just worried that I will be below the 35 and that might disqualify me. Do you have BCBS Federal?

Thanks for replying.

Hi Roz, Thanks for the welcome!!!

I posted here several years ago. Then I just stopped coming on line for a while. You did so well losing 1 pound month for 6 months. I am really going to do my best to do the same for the 4 visits I have. It might be 90 days because this will be a revision. What state do you live in? I live in Oklahoma.

Thanks for your reply. I will keep you all posted on my journey.
