Husband and Wife having WLS

Greetings from the land of the rising spud, otherwise known as Idaho. I am having RNY in 13 days from know, and my wife is scheduled for the same surgery on 08 February. Was wondering if any other married couples have had the surgery together?

My husband had his in Oct of last year, mine was May of this year. Same surgeon, same procedure. Two different hospitals though.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Yes! My hubby and I both had the surgery...his in Nov 06, mine in May 07. Best thing we ever did! Good luck to you both! You guys are having them pretty close together, phew!
