I need to lose 28 more pounds to have lost 100 pounds. That is my goal. Which will make me 175!
This has been a goal for as long as I can remember, maybe more than ten years.
WLS goal - 100 lbs
will be 18 months out and the "honeymoon phase" is over. I just want to make that 100lb lost club!
