Seasoned exercisers!!

I go and see my personal trainer again today!!!...Is there anything I can do for my sore muscles. Even for over time!! Supplement?..Anything..LOL...I still hurt from last time!!!

Soaking in Epsom salts helps, as well as stretching after you work out. Allow sufficient time inbetween your workouts for your muscles to heal. Your body will get used to it,

I totally forgot about the epsom salts!!!...I think I will go pour a bath with a jug of salts!!..LOL

Just stretching before and after a workout, and a nice warm soak. 
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

On the herbal side there is arnica gel and homeopathic arnica pellets you put under your tongue. If that doesn't do the trick, I use Ben-gay and a couple of tylenol.

 Donna,

  I workout 2-3 hours a day and I can tell you the best thing for sore muscles is more excercise LOL seriously. When you sit down....you get stiff. Just make sure to stretch before and after and the next day....excercise again. It will get better!
