So really, a day and a half? And you're already back on track. And a hug, because some days our fortunate, lovely lives can suddenly feel difficult and trying. Because some days are. And we can have a dark night of the soul in broad daylight too.Even if overall, we've been lucky. You're such an insightful, empathetic person, and clever and witty as all heck. In other words, you are just so awesome. Hope the rest of the week is better.

Greetings A;;

OH don't eat this post!

Not much excitement here. Dr. apt today. We talked about my leg pain which has gone on for some years. I think its this disease called polymyalstral rheumatica or something like that. He suggested it last year. So they are doing the blood tests though they are not always conclusive.

About five days ago I had a really bad day of the pain and it has tapered off. Maybe the pool work is finally paying off. Who knows. But I have gained some weight - like 8 pounds in 4 months. Can't keep that up. Too much in the way of convince food.

Peps I feel your sugar pain. DH has been bringing home candy. I no longer eat the whole bag but maybe 4 dove chocolates. But thats four more than I need.

Time to make some chili for a friend coming over to watch debates. Don't know why I keep watching. Nothing is new with this crowd.

Liz that beach looks great. Go for it.

Dogs are staring at me. Guess they want dinner.

Bye

Diane S

Hmm, who do I have to stare at to get some dinner? DH is out tonight, so I guess it's peanut butter toast for me.

So sorry you're having bad pain, Diane. I didn't realize you were dealing with that much. BTW, I never heard of that "polymyalstral rheumatica." But my bigger question is why don't any of these old-age maladies come with loss of appetite or weight loss?

I don't suppose if you stared back at the dogs they'd make you some dinner?

Didn't think so.

Sending you some tonight, too.

I hope you don't wind up on prednisone!

However, if you DO find any Presidential candidate's tax returns, you must still crawl on your belly like a reptile until you reach The New York Times and turn them over personally to the publisher.

LOL!
