A sleeve can be revised to a DS, but from what I have read there are some unique physical (bathroom) issues associated with it though it apparently works great for many in keeping the weight off.

A DS isn't an option - medically or emotionally. It is too profound of a procedure. Plus I am not SMO. i don't cross the SMO threshold until I hit 319 pounds. i have no intention of letting my weight get that out of hand.

Yeah, I wouldn't do it either. I think some sleevers do convert to RNY usually because of GERD. So it must be possible. There are a few conversions on the RNY menu thread.
