You need some downtime once in a while. Maybe you relaxed yesterday vs paper sorting?
I actually don't want a drastic change from the filler. I just want to reverse a few years off my face around my mouth. I seem to have developed a serious bit_h resting face with the way my lips turn down. Hopefully that saggy part will be improved and ideally no one will really notice much except that I possibly look happier/refreshed?

Depending on the filler used, you can easily achieve that outcome! The accusation of having a serious resting ***** face was the reason I started using botox on my 11's between my eye brows. I'm assuming my lower face lift will correct the nasal labial folds which make my face resemble Sam the Eagle.
I can see a difference after the filler but DH didn't notice LOL!

Another day of packing up stuff. There actually isn?t that much left. Sold a few more things on FB marketplace.
I had made many scrapbooks for all 3 kids. Each one has about 10-12 4 inch thick 12X12 books. I pretty much documented their entire lives through high school and a bit beyond with pictures and journaling. It was finally time to give each one totes full of completed scrapbooks! DS 2 and 3 already took theirs back to their apartments and I told DC1 to take theirs home today and they decided they don?t want them. I?m not mad but really disappointed and feel that at some point they are really going to regret tossing them. They are a lot and cumbersome in size, but the memories they hold are priceless in my opinion! To the dump they go tomorrow!
DSD was supposed to come and pack up stuff this weekend but ghosted us. She is still being pissy with us about the almost missed football game birthday gift that we are making happen even though it is super inconvenient! If she fails to come next weekend her stuff goes to the dump too. She didn?t even have the courtesy to tell us their plans had changed. DD was right, we are getting more fallout from our decision to move and I?m sure that it will continue! Grrrrrrr!
Hope you have a nice dinner with friends tonight Liz! Rain, rain stay away!
The kids will probably stay mad for a while, but then they will wake up, mature and realize how foolish they are being (and start looking forward to seeing you and visiting Florida).
Is there anywhere to store DC1's albums? I think they will regret not taking them someday but perhaps right now they can't deal with their feelings about them and your move?
I was overwhelmed just by sorting and tossing pictures last year. You are amazing with the scrapbooking! I just gave each kid a small plastic bin with their pictures and some memorabilia in it.

Greetings all
The sun is just now peeking out after a drizzle morning. I am slowly getting organized for Halloween. Made a chore list and got started with stuff like washing table cloth and wiping place mats and clearing table clutter and cleaning the glass table top. I also went on the hunt for certain nice serving dishes I have not seen since last Halloween. Some located. I wonder what it would be like to have a nice always picked up house so that unexpected drop in guests are ok. Don't think I will ever be such a person though when I was single I kept the living/dining entry area tidy.
Liz is the spot removal for a medical reason or cosmetic? I seem to have a few of those in spite of my aversion to sun. Oh well. Glad it is going well. Good idea to make the bucket list of travel. Be sure to include the real redwoods and the Oregon coast.
Such parental drama DD. Been there done that. Your mother is probably as angry at her own confusion as she is at everyone else's perceived infractions. Crazy Pat never did learn the lesson that if you are cranky and *****y to everyone they won't come and visit you. Good luck with your mother's birthday. And yay Galveston sounds like a hoot. Ghost tours!! We were too chicken to take the ghost tour in Edinburgh. We did once take the ghost tour of the Queen Mary in Long Beach. Kind of fun but no ghosts appeared.
Peps good on you for a slow day. Takes awhile to get over feeling guilty for goofing off. Glad weight is on the decline. Slow and easy does it.
Paula your kids will regret not taking that stuff. We only have a little left of our stuff and I wish I had taken better care of it. Their choice I guess. But the march to Florida must go on!
Chili over potatoes tonight. Gotta shop tomorrow.
The other day I got some lemon basil quinoa from the hippie deli. Really good. It is supposedly a high protein grain that is gluten free. Might have to do more of that though I doubt anyone would sign up to watch me eat it.
