119 - due to pizza intake last night.

It is incredibly foggy out this morning. You can't see anything across the marina. Really weird. We may have to walk in it as it isn't supposed to clear until 10 or so.

A yoga break yesterday was really nice. I plan to repeat that today, followed by a golf clinic.

I was thinking about the houseguest effects. We don't really have to take them places to entertain them but while they are here there is constant chatting. Tough to get much done because I feel weird to walk away to get something accomplished. 5 more days! Then 5 days alone until we leave for Massachusetts.

Strange what they eat and their perspective on it. Pop tarts for breakfast, hot dogs/grilled cheese/chicken fingers/hamburgers/pizza for lunch/dinner. Snacks like butter pretzels and Cheetos in between. The older sister who is probably 35-40 pounds overweight says she doesn't know why she is heavy since she only eats small meals. Which is true but highly caloric small meals and snacks. Luckily they buy their own snacks.

Time to get some laundry started then start a walk in the fog. I hope it clears earlier than forecasted!
