123 - down .4 so headed in the right direction. I did increase my tirzepatide dose yesterday so hopefully a bit of decreased appetite will get me back to where I was. I love not having to think about dieting anymore and just rely on my appetite being in the right place and eating healthy. I may bring my scale to the Keys though...
It wasn't nearly as cold yesterday because the sun was bright and there was less of a breeze. Working at the tennis tournament was actually pretty warm so the 3 layers of vests/jackets I brought were unnecessary. Today is supposed to be slightly warmer but we are not working the tournament today though we are tomorrow afternoon.
Weird thing in the condo yesterday. Apparently one of the electrical phases went out causing half the electricity in the condos in our building to go out (literally half - some lights and appliances worked but some did not). The power company had to come fix it. The elevator is still not working because it has to be reset by a technician. Good thing none of us rely 100% on the elevator. I wonder if it had been fluctuating previously because a new neighbor in the building has had electrical damage to several of his large appliances including the AC since he moved in a couple of months ago. He is in a ground floor unit so maybe the electricity starts there so he got the brunt of it? Just an hypothesis.
Today we don't have too much to do. The usual Justice walk, yoga at 11, a meeting with a golf staff member about the event I am running in late February, some errands this afternoon and probably Mexican food tonight. We have to plan our meals since we are leaving Sunday and want to have the leftover beef stew tomorrow night after working at the tennis tournament since we will be late getting home again. I used to make this recipe years ago and loved it but hadn't made it for many years. DH also loved it, so will add it back into my repertoire.
DH's grandson totaled his car, so DH is lending his 6 year old car to his daughter so she has time to consider what to do about it. The grandson is very busy with activities as is his sister, so DSD has relied on her son getting himself to everything. Sounds like DH is contemplating selling his car to them ultimately but hasn't really decided. That would leave us with one very small, 9 year old convertible (my car) up north. Given DH's previous golf playing in the summer, this makes me nervous because he doesn't play nearby and it is usually an all day event. Here we can walk to golf and other activities so one car works out fine. But we are also thinking that we will only go north for 2-3 week short stints this summer and use Florida as home base, so maybe he won't play up there? More change maybe...
Have a fine Friday!

Just discovered that the power surge from the electrical issue yesterday caused my freezer to stop functioning. It was still cool enough for things to have not gone bad, but they aren't frozen anymore. So I just cooked a few things which I guess we will bring with us to the Keys and threw everything else out. Luckily I didn't have much in there. I checked the instructions for the refrigerator which said to do a reset, then press the turbo button to get everything going again. It appears that it worked but I won't really know for sure until later when I see if water freezes or not. If it didn't work it means that some control panel got permanently damaged. What a pain! At least the refrigerator part seems fine, so we can wait until we get back if we have to do anything (since I cooked or tossed all the freezer stuff).
