120.4 - I had the hungry horrors yesterday. Likely because I was bored.
Other than the Justice walk in the morning, I stayed in all day. I didn't want to deal with the bandage on my back at the beach club. I guess if I want to go today, I could have DH remove it before he goes to golf. But I would have to be very careful what I lean on with it uncovered. I feel like I am stuck doing nothing right now. In that light, I cancelled yoga for today again because of the feet. The weird thing is that I can walk on them fine because the blisters are on the sides. It is only painful when the sides of my feet touch something (like lying on my back). I had to sleep with my legs on a pillow last night.
I did get my decorations for the Golf Event I am running last week made. The theme is Wicked so I bought witches hats and magic wands for the centerpieces. I put pink and green ribbon streamers on the magic wands.
No idea what I will do today while still in limbo. Perhaps I should soak my feet as suggested by Diane S. Have a philosophical Friday!

Hello! Back to my little apartment after 2 busy days.
Ugh Liz, I'm sorry about the blisters! What a pain literally. I'm glad to hear your group liked This Tender Land. It was very popular with our school staff. Diane your ladies lunch group does sound like a great find! CC, hope the information gathering party went well and you had a good time while learning what you need to do when hosting. Peps, subbing? Can't wait to hear. I was in a chat with some of my former co workers and they encouraged me NOT to sub at our school. Once again, new sped admin and everything is a mess. Paula, post pictures please of your booth when you get it set up. Great way to see if you want to continue with selling your art.
As you could see on Facebook, the trip to the mountain area was a lot of fun. I am really tired though. We decided to stay one more night with the brother who had the condo, and arrived back here around 1pm. It's a 2 hour drive. We have lots of plans for Saturday and Sunday, and we leave Monday afternoon. We decided, mostly me, that we will stay home tonight to recuperate and get going tomorrow. DH and I will go out to eat some sort of dinner, but not sure what yet. It will be someplace we can walk to.
It snowed and iced apparently in Minneapolis the last few days. It's going to be very sad to say goodbye to all of this and return to cold weather. There are some things we want to do with the house when we get back, so we will have some projects to keep us occupied. And I do want to see my Dad as soon as possible. DH is considering whether it's time for him to stop his part-time work. He thinks we'll be okay without the extra income, but he still liked the idea of planned physical activity and some of the social aspects. I suggested he drop down to 3 days a week. Whatever he decides, it is up to him. I obviously, am having no problem not working, but I don'****ch a lot of TV. One thing he's worried about is that he will get drawn into watching all the shows he likes during the day and get nothing done. I actually don't think he would, but again, it's up to him. Anyhow, it could be another big change for us.
