From another post you made, I noticed that today is your rebirthday or surgery anniversary.  #1 is a very special one.  I hope you reflect on this past year and celebrate how far you've come and the many successes you have.  A year is actually a short period of time compared to all the positives that come about for us.

Thank you for the well wishes!!!!!  Yes I actually did spend quite some time reflecting where I am in comparison to where I started.  I am looking forward to the next year and all the mysteries and suprises and now that I have added exercise, I am feeling even better.
