Cheryl...congratultions on reaching that first year....I remember right after surgery one year seems soooo far away. But it goes by so fast and the results from one year are dramatic and wonderful. Things will begin to change now so stay dedicated and work to maintain...I'm 19 months out and can't believe it...and I'm holding steady. Even lost 4 pounds this past week. Life is good. Today is Cheryl's one year anniversary. She has done an awesome job. Not only has she lost a great deal of weight, but she's helped other people through their journey, both on OH and at her local support group. Please take a moment and congratulate her for her outstanding achievement.
