Hi Pat! Talk about an exciting day for you!! I'll never forget the feeling, and the tears of happiness when I found out I was approved. I too have Cigna PPO and it was an uphill battle for me! I see you live in Lakeside. I was born and raised not to far from SDSU. Now I am in cold Ohio but my family is still there in SD. My surgery is next week and somehow I convinced my mom to come out here! <grinning> Let us know when you get your surgery date, and don't forget to change your profile to read... "approved after first letter" and then "surgery date scheduled" It's a great feeling to change those things!!! I get so excited when I hear of insurance approvals. ESPECIALLY with Cigna! God Bless
