Hi Beverly. Here's my humble opinion on throwing up. I don't know about food being stuck for 2 days. When I feel like things are getting too full and I have to burp, I hang my head over the toilet, make myself burp, and things come up. I stay there until I can burp and nothing feels like it's going to come up anymore. If it feels like your saliva is coming up, spit it out because if you're full and you swallow your saliva, it's just going to make it worse. I hope this helps and it's not too graphic. I just lost my lunch today and had to run to the RR. I feel so much better after I let things go. I only had a couple bites. But sometimes my tummy just doesn't like food. Let me know how you're doing.
