I'm Lisa a mother of 3 wonderful children. I started this journey because I want to be around as long as I possible can. I am sick of just being alive and now I want to life. My children are 7, 8, and 15. I don't want to miss anything else because some part of me hurts or I have no energy after work. My goal is not to look like a model or wear a bikini it is to simply be healthy and live a long happy life.
