Hi Friends,

I'm ready to join those who have made the decision to take back control of their life.  I'm done being a slave to food and being heavy.  I've been approved and now have a date of January 17th.    I am having the vertical sleeve surgery by choice, because I believe it's best for me.  I enjoy reading all the fourms and have learned a lot.  I hope that I too can help people thru this journey.  My best, Chris
