Hi Everyone,I had my surgery on Monday the 17th of January and its 3 days out and I feel really good. I'm getting all my liquids in and most importantly I'm NOT HUNGRY, it's crazy. I came home last night from the hospital and have done really well so far. I did weigh myself this morning and lost 1 lb. which isn't bad considering they fill you up with IV fluids before you leave.
I'm getting in all my liquids and some protein thanks to Isopure. I can't wait to start on mushies then to small portions of real food. I'm so excited to finally get the chance to lose this weight once and for all. What an opportunity we've been given, its amazing. I want to make the most of this ,and I will. I also want my new friends at OH to do the same.
Now the journey begins...
