October 17th. Dear Paula: Greetings! I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your cat. About 10 years ago I had to put my 25 year old cat(Bonnie May) to sleep due to dementia (she'd forget how to use the cat box, eat, stuff like that). Anyway, I know how painful it can be. Since over-eating is now out of the question for you, I suggest you continue to do what you've started----WRITE. Please write in your journal, or just to us. We'll listen. Sincerely, Lori Ann

paula-hey wls sister!! first congrats on the weight loss! that is great. i have surgery 3 weeks from today, i am getting very excited. second i would like to thank you for posting the protein drink receipe. i have been looking for a drink that i can tolerate, also have you found any bars that are 1/2 yummy?? let me know, take care and keep up the great progress!! gale
