I saw one of your postings about having a blah day. I just wanted to wish you well and say congratulations on the 60 pounds that you have lost though. My wife is down by 120 and you will do fine. Everyone has times when they don't loose.

Hi Paula, Just want to say thanks for the info on pure pro at gnc,I'm not due for surgery til june 18th but I like getting all the info I can on good protein items,from what I understand it's alittle hard to get all your protein in.Thanks again.God bless,Lora
